1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the Service within 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund with no questions asked.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

• Requests made more than 7 days after subscribing
• Accounts that have previously received a refund
• Accounts terminated for violation of the Terms of Service
• Annual plan requests made after 30 days of use

3. How to Request a Refund

• Provide your account email and order number
• Describe the reason for the refund (optional)

Refunds are processed within 3 business days. Funds return to the original payment method — your bank may take 5–10 additional business days.

4. Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel at any time to stop future charges. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, but you may continue to use the Service until the period ends.

To cancel: log in → go to the Subscription page, or cancel through the Paddle customer portal.

5. Subscription Nature

Screw Genius is a cloud-based SaaS (Software as a Service) digital subscription. All features are delivered online via web browser. No physical goods are shipped. Billing is handled by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record).
