Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with the Service for any reason within 14 days of your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked, no conditions, no exceptions.

2. After the Refund Period

Requests made more than 14 days after purchase are not eligible for a refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges.

3. How to Request a Refund

• Email us at service@screwgenius.com with subject "Refund Request"
• Provide your account email and order number
• Describe the reason for the refund (optional)

Refunds are processed within 3 business days. Funds return to the original payment method — your bank may take 5–10 additional business days.

4. Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel at any time to stop future charges. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, but you may continue to use the Service until the period ends.

To cancel: log in → go to the Subscription page, or cancel through the Paddle customer portal.

5. Subscription Nature

Screw Genius is a cloud-based SaaS (Software as a Service) digital subscription. All features are delivered online via web browser. No physical goods are shipped. Billing is handled by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record).
