By accessing or using Screw Genius ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Screw Genius is an AI-powered fastener engineering platform providing thread rolling diameter calculations, engineering drawing analysis, die life estimation, and related tools. The Service is delivered via web browser as a cloud-based SaaS digital subscription — no physical goods are shipped.

Plans: Free (5 AI analyses/month), Pro ($9.9/mo), Enterprise ($29.9/mo).

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, Paddle.com.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy (7-day money-back guarantee).
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse AI analysis features.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology comprising the Service are the property of Screw Genius. Your engineering drawings and data remain your property. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload.

7. AI Analysis Disclaimer

AI-generated results (including drawing recognition, diameter calculations, and die life estimates) are provided for reference only. Results should be verified by qualified engineers before production use. Screw Genius is not liable for errors in AI-generated outputs.

8. Data Privacy

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Uploaded drawings are processed for analysis and stored securely. We do not share your data with third parties except as required for service delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL SCREW GENIUS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
