Chih Hsiang (Wilson) Hsieh 謝智翔
Founder & Technical Lead · Screw Genius
Graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at National Yunlin University of Science and Technology. Over 10 years of deep expertise in screw die R&D, formerly a Thread Rolling Die R&D Engineer at JIENG BEEING（精斌）, specializing in Thread Rolling Die R&D.
Through hands-on experience on the production floor, he realized that "a 0.01mm deviation can trigger a cascade of production failures." This insight led to the creation of Screw Genius — transforming a decade of thread rolling die R&D expertise into precise algorithms with built-in heat treatment and plating compensation for automated screw parameter calculation.
